   I love everyone I work with. Kind, generous people. There is room for growth both inside Nordstrom or the brand y'all work for. Neat piece of work life balance. Great pay. Not much micromanaging.

   Like most retail there are goals that must be met, non simply monetary but also opening up credit cards. The pressure can be stressful.

   Nordstrom'due south highest priority is customer service. They do a wonderful job of training employees upon hiring, and the management squad positively reinforces that consistently. Peachy service is the culture at Nordstrom.
